Built from inside a real construction business.
I'm Kristian Brown, founder of AFTB. I spent around 15 years running construction businesses and put AI to work inside a live construction company across real day-to-day tasks.
AFTB brings that experience into a clear, practical system for trade business owners. No theory for the sake of it. The work has to make the business better.

Will this work for my trade?
AFTB is built around work common to trade businesses: enquiries, quotes, follow-up, customer updates, paperwork, marketing, cost control and variations. The trade changes. Much of the work behind it does not.
Is AFTB only prompts and templates?
No. The Roadmap tells you what to work on, the Toolbox gives you the process, and AFTB Live and Ask AFTB help you put it into use.
How much time does it take?
Each week sets one outcome on live jobs, worked into the week you already have. The aim is to make one useful change at a time, not give you another course to finish.
Is this done for me?
No. AFTB is group education and implementation support. You get the plan, workflows and help. You remain responsible for prices, technical decisions, contracts and customer messages.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no fixed minimum term. Cancel any time and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
